Poster Template Development

As the posters will work as a set, I wanted to create a template that I could use for each so that only a few things would need to be changed like some colours and the focus illustration.
I started by vectorising the remaining type of the page from the previous post.

Next I tried adding it to the logo page to see how the layout worked.

I thought this worked pretty well, although the hierarchy might be a bit strange as the dates are the same size as the title and the website where more information can be found falls back further than the beginning of the title.
I tried adding the sponsor logos like the other posters have to see how this would look, but it took a lot of focus away from the main logo and type.

I have reconsidered putting on so many sponsors and might actually just include one or two so that they don't become a focus for the bottom part of the page. For now I have taken out all of the sponsors and changed the layout of the type slightly to make a bit more sense in terms of priority. I also took down the opacity of the type slightly to make it jarr less against the paler colours of the.

The last change I made was to change the dates of the event, as I realised that writing it as 6/11 instead of 6 - 11 makes it look like a date in itself (6th of November).
